Built From Real Operating Experience, Not a Prompt
Every framework in this library is generated by a rule based engine built by Chethan Kumar S, a Global Customer Success Leader with 15 plus years building and scaling Customer Success operating systems across SaaS, Healthcare AI, HRTech, and Fintech. Each tool asks a structured, progressive set of questions specific to that framework, checks your answers for gaps or contradictions before generating anything, and produces a real, formatted document with tables, frameworks, and specific recommendations, not a wall of generic text.
The goal is not to generate more documents. It is to demonstrate a way of thinking through Customer Success and CX problems that is specific, evidence-based, and genuinely usable, so that if the free version is this useful, the real conversation is worth having.
Questions About These Frameworks
Are these Customer Success frameworks actually free? +
Yes. All five generate a complete, formatted document at no cost and with no paywall or trial. Each one opens by asking for your name, work email, and phone number, then moves through the questions specific to that framework. Nothing is charged and nothing is held back at the end.
Does an AI write these documents? +
No. Every document is produced by a rule based engine, not a language model. Your answers select and assemble pre-written content, apply the ratios and thresholds that fit your segment and scale, and run through a quality check before anything is returned. That is why two companies answering differently get genuinely different documents, and why the output does not read like generic AI text.
What format is the document I download? +
A Microsoft Word file with real structure: headings, tables, RACI grids, roadmaps, and scorecards. It is meant to be edited, renamed, and taken into your own meetings, so nothing is locked or watermarked.
Which framework should I start with? +
Start with the problem you have to solve next. If leadership is asking what the plan is, start with Customer Success Strategy. If the team cannot say who owns what, start with CS Org Design. If the work happens inconsistently between people, start with the CS/CX Operating Playbook. If your quarterly review reports the past instead of changing the next quarter, start with the Executive QBR Format.
What does the Complete CS/CX Package do differently? +
It produces all four documents from one question flow of 53 questions rather than making you answer four overlapping sets. Because every document is derived from the same inputs, the strategy, the org design, the playbook, and the QBR agree with each other on segments, coverage ratios, and ownership instead of quietly contradicting each other.
How long does one framework take to complete? +
Between 21 and 30 questions for a single document, and 53 for the complete package. Most people finish a single framework in ten to fifteen minutes, because the questions are structured choices about your situation rather than blank boxes to write in.
Is the output good enough to take into a board or leadership meeting? +
It is built to be. The documents follow the structure Chethan Kumar S uses in real operating work: situation, root cause, recommendation, operating model, sequencing, and measurement, with the tables and owners filled in. Treat the download as a strong first draft that carries your context, then add the numbers only you have.
What happens to the answers I enter? +
They are used to generate your document and to follow up on the request. The engine checks answers for gaps and contradictions before generating, which is why it sometimes asks a clarifying question rather than producing something that does not hold together.
